It was my first time at this property, but family members traveling with me had stayed there before and recommended it. We really liked it and the staff were great! Their snacks area, pool, gym, dining options were excellent as well.

I am extremely upset with my experience. This morning I left my room, I placed the do not disturb plaque on my door, and left my phone in my room at 9:45 am to walk to the parking lot. As I returned several minutes later, the housekeeping services was leaving my room with a garbage bag! I immediately asked what they were doing in my room. They responded with a reply that they thought I had left, and took my phone! I was in directed to have to go pick up my phone downstairs where I was ID deed. Extremely upset as some other items had already been thrown away. Checkout was not until 11 AM. Extremely upset with the way that they handled the manner and that they entered my room before I checked out because of this delay I had then missed my Uber, which cost me $60.

Clean. Good location

Hotel rooms looked nicer in pictures. A/C didn’t work well, no fan in the bathroom. Room was clean but needs to be updated. Very small parking garage, if you have to park on upper level there is no entrance to the hotel, you have to walk down stairs which is difficult if you have luggage and several children to get inside. Staff was very nice, pool was fantastic for the kids

We liked how accommodating the staff was. We didn’t like that half the outlets in our room didn’t work- including the television.

When I remarked to the receptionist the morning after our stay that the street noise kept us awake throughout much of the night. She said, “oh there’s always drag racing on weekends! “ That hotel wasn’t full. How unkind not to put us in a room away from that main street! Catherine Perga

Can we talk about Frank for a second ?! What a great person ! I was traveling for work in a truck and trailer. I booked this hotel last minute and arrived to realize they had no oversized vehicle parking . I called the front desk and Frank jumped into action! He found me a spot right by the front of the hotel and helped me park there. Very quick and friendly check in ! This place is legit !
