The front desk was very difficult. They refused to give me a receipt of my payment of my stay. They are not flexible with a 2 hour extension to check out though we had stayed for one week.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice clean room with cleaning everyday. Only complaint was we were told there was buffet breakfast and there wasnt and breakfast delivery to room was cold.

Very beautiful villa clean and with a very nice pool and bathtub. The cute cat comes to our door every morning,my kids are very reluctant to leave from the villa. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Definitely, we will come back again
