⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent séjour ! Dès notre arrivée à 8 h du matin, Yucem nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a tout fait pour nous trouver une chambre disponible rapidement. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont donné le ton à notre séjour. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été extrêmement agréable, serviable et attentionné. La chambre était simple, mais propre, confortable et parfaitement adéquate pour nos besoins. L’emplacement est également excellent, à proximité de la médina et des principaux points d’intérêt. Je tiens aussi à souligner l’excellent service de l’hôtel concernant une erreur de réservation que j’avais moi-même commise. Alors qu’Expedia m’avait indiqué qu’il était impossible de modifier la réservation et qu’aucune solution ne pouvait être offerte, l’équipe de l’hôtel s’est montrée compréhensive et accommodante. Ils ont trouvé une solution de dernière minute et ont fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité. Bref, 10/10 pour l’hôtel et son personnel. Mon expérience avec le service à la clientèle d’Expedia a malheureusement été très décevante, alors que celle avec l’hôtel a été exceptionnelle. Je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement.

We really enjoyed our stay . The property is beautiful. Comfortable bed, great shower , spacious room and roof terrace with loungers and outdoor shower. Don’t think we could have picked a better location either. We only ate breakfast there and it was really nice. Also it was so quiet despite being close to things. The staff are ALL amazing , so friendly and helpful . The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to the fact that I specifically messaged the Riad before departure to ask about payment and they said cash or card . However when we got there it was cash only . This spoiled our holiday really as each day whatever we were we had to find a cash point . Due to the daily withdrawal limits I had to do this each day . This then limited the amount of cash we had each day and the amount of souvenirs we could buy and I was unable to tip the staff as I would have liked. I really wish they had given the correct information and I would have brought cash with me . Such a shame as everything else about the Riad was just perfect . If you take cash you will love it !

Absolutely fantastic. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the souks. Lots of hustle and bustle all around but calming peace inside. The food was EXCELLENT, the best dinners we had while in Marrakech. Dura and Fadwa were Excellent. Amine made our holiday though, he was welcoming, kind, nothing was too much bother, and he taught us a lot of Arabic! We had an excellent stay.

They are not accepting credit card and is not mentined in anywhere, we need to use the ATM all the time

We stayed here six years ago when it was still family run, now that it has become part of a group the standard has deteriorated & the Riad has lost its character & charm. They now charge high hotel prices but do not have the facilities nor services to warrant this

Lovely clean room. Staff were very attentive and helpful. A small oasis in the madness of the Medina.

The courtyard in the picture and the location were excellent. The room did not have very much privacy however with the glass door leading directly to the courtyard. AC was not very effective. Biggest problem was communication. I was not told (but I guess should have figured out) that the car I hired through them could only bring me within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Pretty unexpected to have to walk all alone with luggage through the medina at 1 a.m. after a late flight. The driver told me it's not a problem because it is "safe." I guess it was. Also got mixed messages from staff as to whether I could get my boarding pass printed or not at the hotel. Overall, the charm of the courtyard and of the neighborhood made up form most of these smaller problems.

Great location, quiet and clean.. right in the middle of the Medina. Best part was the staff. Abdul was great and made us feel safe and welcome and also helped us with all trips planning and provided recommendations on do’s and don’ts

Abdul was an amazing staff member, really helped us out when we got to the riad, as well assisted us when we mentioned needing a driver for the next day to take us to the train station. The riad was really nice, very lovely presentation and atmosphere and definitely recommend to others

The property was easy to find, extremely clean, and matched the description and photos. The bathroom was great and the bed/bedding was super comfortable and the AC worked great! Our host, Abdul, was fantastic. He made us feel extremely safe and comfortable and even made us an early breakfast for our early checkout. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
