The hotel itself was very clean and nicely kept. The room was spacious and nice enough for our whole family. Our good experience ended there. We arrived at 3am to check in from a long drive and we were told that our reservation had been canceled because we didnt show up. Our email confirmation said that check in was after 3pm and check out was at 12pm. There was no place stating we needed to arrive by a certain time of the night to maintain our reservation. We were told that there was nothing that they could do and that we would not be refunded our money. We then had to pay again for another room. To say that we were completely disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. We will not be staying at a Hyatt again.

Clean and such a friendly willing and capable staff! Loved our stay and the. Breakfast was an added touch that started our day off perfectly. Highly recommend! And I’m picky. Wish the hot had a guide for all Sorts of restaurants at different levels of taste and budgets available but just a suggestion.
