The breakfast was served at Gusto.

Overall the room was clean. The shower cutin the bathroom smelled. There were stains on the wall. The location is great, closer to the train station and the castle

Clean room. Helpful and english speaking staff. A short walk from the bus/train station. A dodonki nearby. 6 washing machines.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, which made check in and check out quick and easy. Luggage storage was extremely convenient and allowed us to explore Matsumoto for a few more hours after check out. Room was clean. We chose not to have our rooms cleaned, but towels were delivered daily. Beds were comfortable, TV showed status of washer/dryer so we didn't need to keep coming back to check if a machine was open. The amenities bar was quite robust, with bath salts, face masks, cleansers and toners, in addition to the usual provided toothbrush, razors, coffee, etc. Location was prime - within walkable distance to the station, sites like Matsumoto castle and Nawate street, but also kombini and lots of restaurants.

Room was great.

The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance from places of interest, such as the Matsumoto Castle, Nawate Street.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property was clean and has most amenities needed during travel. The breakfast had a wide selection mostly toward Asian style.

We liked the location of the hotel, near the train station and walkable through the town. The breakfast was healthy and tasty.
