The front desk was a 20 minute wait being the gentleman was in the bathroom .no greeting as well as no updates on breakfast times or info about the hotel .the shower had workmen hair in its previous from housekeeping.

I enjoyed everything,it was peaceful, comfortable and relaxing and by including breakfast in my package,I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast while was there

Solo stay

I only stayed for one night as I was only there to tour venues for my daughters wedding. I'm normally a Hyatt girl but this brief stay was impressive and I have recommended Crown Plaza for all guests coming to stay for my daughters wedding weekend.

Great location near Norcross. It was quite a value as it felt like a much more upscale place. Everything was clean and updated. The room was well appointed. Easy self parking. The staff was also efficient.
