The room was VERY small but clean. I appreciated that the sink was outside of the toilet/shower area. The size of the trash can was nowhere near large enough for a 4 night stay. Most other hotels provide water bottles or at least access to the water fill station with your own personal bottle. The elevators were too few for the number of guests and rooms occupied. The combined washer and dryer was cool but the dryer did not dry clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Location excellent for day trips…super close to the bus and train stations.

It was a nice stay next to Asahikawa Station. There is the Aeon mall next to it. The parking is right next to the hotel which is convenient. The 3rd Flr (lobby area) has an access to the parking garage.
My issue with the hotel is the elevator wait. 2 elevators for the entire building. If u r not patient, be aware of this issue.
The breakfast wasn’t bad for hotel.
Nonetheless, it is a good value. The staff was very nice. Despite of the small room, we made it work.
I would still stay again despite some of the drawbacks.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The facilities, especially the women’s public bath, were well maintained and cared for. Although we did not need to park a car, the attached parking garage is very convenient for those who come via car. There is a tax-free drugstore that sells all kinds of souvenirs on the ground floor and adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get tired of the food. For the three breakfasts that we had, they offered the same entrees. Not sure if they change the food choices.
Room was very small but after a day, you get used to it.
Overall, a good hotel for the price.

The hotel room was very small making it difficult to move around. No space for larger luggage. AC in the room is not working well and the room always has a muddy smell. The staff was not helpful. The breakfast was exactly the same everyday.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The standard copy and paste reply. Definitely the worst I have experienced in my life time. Choose to be greedy when they could have shown empty and sympathy. Avoid.

The free flow of welcome drinks including soft drinks, coffee and tea was great, especially during hot summer. The room was value for money but parking is not free, it's at a fee of JPY 1000 per day. The multi-storey parking was linked to the hotel at level 3 of the parking facility but need to climb some stairs and manage through 2 doors to enter into hotel lobby. Easy access to shopping malls nearby, and the bakery across the road was fantastic, delish bread to buy from the bakery.

Clean, new and spacious room. Free drinks /coffee/ tea from 3pm to 10pm . Plenty of food around the area. JR station and aeon just across the road. Definitely recommend 👍

SNOOTY staff involving procedures and attitude - did not seem helpful and weren't cheerful, especially on the female side. The guys were courteous and friendly.
