Very good location and excellent service!

Was not able to stay on my schedule date due to visa, I asked them for a change of date or cancellation, they absolutely refused, the worst customer service ever in my life !!!

Todo Excelente!!!! El único detalle a mejorar es el WC que descargaba un poquito de agua constantemente y se escuchaba el agua correr. Los señores de recepción una maravilla. El desayunador es hermoso y funciona a la perfección, pero su personal es un poquito apático. Limpieza 10 de 10. Felicitaciones!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Regency Hotel; has all you need to have a good rest, rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is very good and staff is friendly. Location is awesome to if you want to go to the beach.

The room is good a bit outdated but so far everything was cool. Breakfast was ok. I ate out alot. Everything is a walking distance. Alot of bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Great location to stay in Rio

strongly do not recommend this hotel. Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We were forced to change rooms three times because the bedsheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty and covered with numerous stains. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation in any hotel, yet it was clearly not a priority here. When I politely requested a different room, the receptionist responded with an unprofessional attitude and implied that I was being overly picky, rather than addressing a legitimate concern. This was both frustrating and disrespectful. In addition, we received our room more than an hour later than the promised check-in time, resulting in unnecessary delays and repeated discussions with the staff. The problems continued once we entered the room: the toilet flushing system was not functioning properly, the shower head was dirty and poorly maintained, and the overall condition of the room suggested a serious lack of hygiene and attention to detail. Furthermore, WiFi doesn’t work properly in the rooms , Towels provided were super dirty . To make matters worse, the room did not even provide a luggage rack or a suitable place to store our suitcases, making the stay even more inconvenient and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is close to Copacabana Beach. Unfortunately, the excellent location does not compensate for the poor cleanliness standards, inadequate maintenance, and unwelcoming customer service
