We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Nice. Our room was compact but had everything we needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. A special thank you to the delightful young man on reception, Florio who gave us a great welcome and helped us with our luggage.

The location of the hotel is amazing!! Also, the rooms are fairly soundproof, so helps keep the outside noises to a minimum. Rooms are very spacious and the AC works great! Helpful staff as well!

Stunning room and pleasantly surprised by the amenities and style of the bedroom. However the only downside is that there's no 'lift' and the main entrance of the building are not well maintained and look run down.

An excellent option for exploring Nice, centrally located, 200 metres from Place Massena, the gateway to the old town, and very close to The Promenade des Anglais. Being 6 floors above ground level (116 steps) will ensure you don't forget something before you leave the apartment, but the elevation gives outstanding vistas towards the surrounding hills. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling double French doors create plenty of light. Parquetry floors add style & ambience. It could be improved with better use of the space by the addition of a built-in wardrobe & hooks for drying towels, etc.
