Loved the Club. Like an airport lounge … available all day. Lovely food and great place for tea and coffee. Breakfast was also excellent. Service was top-notch and all staff were very helpful. Location was perfect for us … everything we wanted was in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Wow, that was a great stay. The cleaning was perfect and the room was well maintained. We asked for a quiet room with a nice view and got what we asked for. The receptionists were all young and friendly and special thank to Perniciel who welcomed us on the first day. The co-working space was super useful as my husband had to work during our stay. Location was amazing. Close to perfection. We really enjoyed.

The hotel is very unassuming from the entrance - typical for a city hotel, the reception is on the second floor. The hotel is very Scandinavian and modern in design but it has everything you need for a city stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - two of the names I remember were Jade and Paul but I can't fault anyone. We had arrived early so our bags were taken from us so we could start to explore Lille and when we returned, the check in process was completed quickly. Our rooms were very clean, basic but had everything needed. Bed and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and very good coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel

One of the best city hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful modern spotless rooms. Amazing breakfast and a cafe area where you can have coffee and tea all day. Evening savoury snacks free of charge every night. Also central location and super helpful friendly staff. Loved it

Stayed in this hotel last minute as we are too tired for the day trip so decide to add another day. Didn’t have toothbrush or charging with me. Asked the reception and they have them! Also I like how they have a self service nibble and drink lounge for free so I can fill up my water bottle whenever I need. Have hot water. Room temp water and a coffee machine free to use. Comes with some free croissant too.

Really liked the lounge area and constant availability of drinks throughout my stay. The staff are really nice and helpful although sometimes it took a few minutes to find somebody. Overall, this is a great Hotel and a really good location and I’d recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel was quiet, calm and ideally situated for the city centre. A short easy walk from the station and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice and good coffee.
