Staff could not be more helpful. Good breakfast. Everything was good here. Lots of Australians here. A joy to be with. One thing a bit iffy. 21 percent service charge.

Everything was great, beautiful gardens, all well maintained. Lovely staff. Quiet throughout corridors to rooms. No early cleaning noise. Just lovely. However just a few things could be a bit better. Pancake station at breakfast instead of getting cold pancakes that have been sat there ages. Also happy hour wasnt that great. 5-7? everyone had gone by then and also not much for happy hour, no beers, just a selection of cocktails and smoothies, i think, at only 30% off. Most hotels do 50% or buy when get one free. Our room was always freezing cold??

Room was lovely, cleaned to a high standard every day. All the staff were really helpful, they can’t do enough for you. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Hotel is ima. Great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The Discovery Kartika Hotel & Staff were definitely 4 Star in every way. The only downside was you could not swim at the beach in front of hotel, which is a big turn off for me. Also the pool towel system just give guests a pool towel without this sign in/ out thing its really annoying .
