Solo stay

I booked for 2 nights but end up staying 1 night. They charged me for 2 nights, charged me for parking 2 nights as well and after a week I didn’t get my refund back. Not even my deposit. When I’m calling to the hotel , the front desk personnel tells me that I have to send an email to the accounting department about this!! Like the mistake was made by the hotel staff and expect me to send an email??

I had minor issues with my room that I was too busy to address at the beginning of my stay due to my emotional well being. Upon check out I notified the front desk and was immediately tended to with a partial refund and honor points. That meant so much to me and for that I will return. The customer service was A+ and the breakfast was a hit.

This was the worst experience I had with tru ! I came there to book for the second time because the first time was the best experience! When I came the second time it was the absolute worst ! I arrived a little late and the card machines were down I had to wait over 2 hrs to get into a room instead of getting a better solution pillows were dirty sheets were dirty just a mess I was already tired from a long drive before I only stayed for 8hrs no discount was given or sympathy
