The hotel was at the station. It was very quiet and peaceful in the room. Access to the train, restaurants and convenience stores. Public bath was small but nice to have. Laundry had a wash and dry function and progress could be tracked with the TV

Excellent hotel for the price. Super convenient location. Only improvement would be the breakfast, which is good but not excellent. In summary, I d say 4.8/5.

Conveniently located hotel with direct internal access from the train station. The building and the room were well-presented, clean, and well-maintained. The lobby and restaurant overlook a beautifully maintained garden and pond. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Truly wonderful hotel. Amazing location by the station… even though it is in the hustle and bustle it feels like you are in a mountain escape. The place is very zen! Everything is modern and comfortable in a unique way - highly recommend.

Hotel location is great, right next to the JR Kumamoto station, the tram and the bus stations are within walking distance. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants, offering a wide variety of food choices. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It also has a public bath for male and female separate. At the end of a long day, it is nice to relax in the bath. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again next time.
