The hotel was fine for our needs for a one night stay before getting on our cruise, but anything more than one day? Absolutely not! The bathroom situation is odd, while it was disclosed that it was a shared bathroom the bathroom leaves little to be desired. The shower is so small that the rainwater shower head sits at the opening of the glass enclosure for the shower. Now this would normally not be an issue however the shower is built into the corner of the room with no lip so water spills out of the shower and pools the whole bathroom floor and there is a large squeegee to clear the water down the shower drain, leaving it nearly impossible to get dressed or put anything on your feet because the bathroom floor is soaked with standing water. The room is also so small there is no room for a suitcase to be opened on the floor. Room is also stuffy with essentially no air flow. If this room was $40 for the night stay then fine but for nearly $300 for the night you are better off staying somewhere else.

Great location and within walking distance of central station, tucked away but easy to find. Super cool theme and perfect for any occasion.

Really nice hotel, located near the central station. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

This is the worst hotel we've stayed in for years. There is no elevator, and the only room with a private bath we were assigned were two steep stairs up. I walk with a cane, so this was very difficult; Also, the room was so small that the bed was wall to wall, so you had to climb up over the mattress every time you got into or out of bed. there was no chair in the room and no space to place a suitcase. We will never stay here again and I hope others don't make the same mistake.

Clean room and lovely staff

The room was clean and conveniently located near the station. However, most rooms feel extremely claustrophobic, with windows facing the hotel’s internal area. In practice, you may need to keep the curtains closed most of the time, which makes it feel as though there is no window at all.

Quirky place. Room I had was ideal for my needs with an excellent shower. Rooms are quite compact but adequate, especially for a single person. Staff are really helpful. The hotel is just a short walk to the railway station and also where buses arrive and depart. Certainly my hotel of choice when staying in Rotterdam.

Very fun place with friendly staff and clean rooms!

We loved our stay at Hotel, Not Hotel it was conveniently situated right next to the bus and central train station, and easy walking distance to local attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent always willing to help. We liked having the drinking water always available by reception that was a lovely bonus. I had read that the rooms were small before we arrived but we found that although the room was small it was adequate and it was great to have seating areas available throughout the hotel.
