I left an item in my room and the staff were very helpful, contacting me to let me know and arranging return. Everything needed in room and very close to Wolfbrook centre. Quiet in motel.

This place is a great choice -- close to the station if you are going to/arriving from Greymouth on the train. Crystal could not have been more helpful -- and the facilities are modern, efficient, and comfortable.

Super friendly and prompt greeting. Extremely clean and tidy room, with everything you could need for a short stay.Simply but tastefully decorated with great super white bedding and towels. Would stay again!

Clean, quiet, comfy. The motel is not far from the railway station. A handful of dining options are within 4 blocks of the motel. Staff were very helpful, even sent a car to collect me at the train station.
