Some might find the location of the Arca a bit out of the way, but it was a perfect place for my wife and I - close to the MTR (exit just after the entrance to the shopping centre, on the left, down the stairs and about fifty metres down the road past the temple/shrine. The staff were superb - friendly and polite - the breakfast decent and the view was amazing; it's definitely worth paying for the harbour view as it is unforgettable. The rooftop pool is superb - small but very luxurious. The only regret is not meeting the 'Meet & Paw' ambassador Jaz!

Nice and helpful staff with warm hospitality. The sea view is magnificent. However, there are spots on the ceiling and stains on the wall.

Loved the proximity of this hotel to the train station and bus lines, making it easy to get into Central Hong Kong. The rooms were extremely comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable bed at any Asian Hotel I've visited. The gym was convenient and the staff was great.

Absolutely first class stay at the Arca - check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. I was given a great room on the 31st floor which was spacious, clean, modern with really nice bathroom and had all the amenities you would expect including fridge and kettle. The infinite pool and seating area on the top floor was awesome, offering stunning views. All the staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful - many thanks for everyone for making it a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.
