This hotel is like a home to me. I have been staying here since 2017 until now when I’m coming home to visit. Staff are friendly and hospitable to their customers. They are also family friendly. I will recommend this hotel and booked for my family whenever they visit the city.

What stands out: Only two towels when staff as advised with my reservation that we were 3 adults and a child! No coffee in too although there is a kettle and two cups with an urn of water. No wash cloths or hand towels! For what we paid we expected more!
