The infrastructure is amazing indeed 馃槏, very clean and organized from the lobby through the restaurant to the rooms is do beautiful. Great staff, just need a little bit of more presence on the staff. But at the spa it didn鈥檛 go well at all. The service was rushed, lots of interruptions in the journey. Therapist not professional at all. Both my wife and i didn鈥檛 like it all at the Spa. I hope the hotel authorities are away of this negative touch point and working on it. Checkout at 10am we found it too early , I think that is the earliest checkout time we鈥檝e come across. For the money we paid, we were expecting a more higher service than we received.

Absolutely loved it. Rooms are incredible. The hotel is decorated to beautifully with immense grounds to enjoy. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Can鈥檛 wait to stay here again - this will be my go to when I come to Nairbobi. Karen is serene and beautiful.

Hemingways was one of the nicest properties I鈥檝e ever stayed at. All areas of the hotel were impeccable. Room was huge and well appointed. Staff were helpful, kind and able to accomplish anything we needed. We experienced Sunday jazz brunch, a cooking class, the spa, afternoon tea and private dining within their wine cellar. Each experience better than the next. It was difficult to have to leave to head home. Thank you hemingways for an excellent time.

Anyone who stays at Hemmigways, Karen, Nairobi will not be disappointed. The property is often used as a pre or post safari hotel. But I used it as my destination resort in its own right & I was thrilled with everything, especially the kind & thoughtful attention from all the staff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful! Highly recommend for the staff who are wonderful, the facility which is beautiful, the food, and the attention received from Evans who helped our stay with taking us shopping for our safaris since our luggage did not ever arrive at the hotel! Don't know what we would have done! Thank you for helping us out! Can't go wrong at this beautiful hotel.
