The room was pleasant & very clean, air conditioning excellent, staff were helpful, breakfast was nice but not a lot of choice, location was great near Gare du nord train station. Only issues - room very small, windows were up high so room was dark - very little space for clothes. Absolutely no chest of drawers, there was space to put them there so I don’t understand why they weren’t in place especially when there was no wardrobe- only a small bar with space for about 5 hangers. Another suggestion is to put small door hangers on the doors also on the bathroom door, nowhere to hang anything. Bathroom was lovely & modern, & shower was great. Good for 1/2 night stays not for 7 night stay for 3 adults. Overall good value for money.

A great stay - the room was perfect, as was the location. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

This hotel was an amazing surprise! Tucked away on a quiet street, it offered a peaceful retreat from the noise and crowds around Gare du Nord while still being conveniently located for exploring the city. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the convenient location. The breakfast was also a lovely bonus and a great way to start a day.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Lovely room with amazing bed, beautiful decor and an excellent shower room. So thankful that the hotel would look after our luggage free of charge both before check in and after check out. The air conditioning was excellent! Our only niggles were that the room had little bits of damage here and there, the shower head possibly needs tightening and the noise. On the first floor the doors are very close together so you can hear people coming and going but the worst is that 102 is right above the breakfast dining area and staff kitchen area so we were woken up by the scraping of chairs, tables against the wall and other furniture consistently during the breakfast service, every morning. Also, be aware that it's called a hotel and spa. There is no spa sadly, yet?

Great location, breakfast is basic but adequate. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Habitación muy pequeña para dos camas. El elevador no estaba funcionando y ha tocado que bajar maletas por las gradas. La ubicación es excelente y la limpieza de la habitación perfecta.

The breakfast was nit great. It was always cold. And it was not the best quality.

Small rooms but it was clean shiny and great staff
