Très bon accueil

Wonderful hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and tidy. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s beautiful interior design and the high standard of cleanliness. However, my stay was impacted by several issues that affected my comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in my assigned room was only blowing warm air. I contacted reception to request a room change, but I was informed that no other rooms were available at the time, so I was provided with a fan instead. The following day, I was moved to a different room where the air conditioning was functioning, but it was still unable to adequately cool the room during the heatwave. As a result, I was sweating throughout the night and had difficulty getting proper sleep. The reassigned room was also located on the ground floor, where noise was a significant issue. Finally, although the hotel advertises a 24-hour reception, this was not my experience. After the main entrance was locked late at night, there was no staff member present at reception to let me in. I had to call the hotel multiple times and repeatedly knock on the door before someone eventually opened it. For both guest safety and convenience, I b

Everyone was so friendly and great location near Montmarte and short bike ride to central Paris. A/C was a SAVIOR in the heat wave

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel des batignolles. The rooms are on the small size but ok for a couple of nights. Rooms are very clean, staff at reception are helpful and the breakfast was very tasty

Amazing location near two metro lines, delicious breakfast buffet, and very quiet rooms! Highly recommended
