This hotel is masquerading behind what it probably used to be. Everything appears great but there are multiple elements that make up into not a very satisfying stay. The air conditioning in the room was very old and not reliable. The pillows were not for us and collapsed under your head. No other option was available. Breakfast was plentiful but not really at four star quality, for us. The pool loungers had seen better days many years ago. Positives were its excellent location to the metro which made getting around very easy and the decent shower and tea facilities in the room. They were some really lovely coffee shops to both the left and right of there hotel.

I was given a smoking room without any choice. It stank of cigarettes. I could barely sleep in such a room. i was told the hotel was fully booked, but the smoking room being the only choice was not something I was told in advance. I tried to pre-book a taxui for an important work meeting, the service was dire, noone confirmed out booking and we took an uber instead.

Excellent staff accommodated traveler with disability. Mr. Hatem, Yahya, Younis Khan were all excellent in customer service and making this a pleasant stay in Riyadh, along with a fantastic housekeeping staff dedicated to cleanliness and the best customer service and hospitality in Riyadh.
