I don't know where to begin. The cable didn't work. The wifi was buffering the whole time. There was a safe that was locked so I couldn't use it for my valuables. There are two doors one with a pass code and and that just locks that has writing on it stating leave door locked. We didn't check it until we came back from the beach the second day and it was unlocked. The light in the living room is 5ft off the ground and you constantly run into it. The pool was nice but dangerous with their waterfall. There is no ladder or anything suggesting that you can jump off yet two kids were constantly doing it seems like a lawsuit eventually. The elevator was hit or miss the first two days by the third day we finally get a message about it being out of service. I was traveling with a disabled person that's also on dialysis and he had a god awful time making it up the steps.

My stay was amazing. The location for this place was perfect and close to everything. It was super private and its own getaway at the same time. Had outdoor seating, pool, and separate bbq area where you can unwind after a busy day. I had my own kitchenette, dishes etc, microwave and everything else you could need. One are that can improve a bit is the WiFi but that is because I was there for work, it still worked but laggy. It still gets 5 stars for me

Very happy with our stay. Check in was easy and I had the door code well before arriving. Everything was clean and appropriate. The pool was nice and warm even first thing in the morning. Just a few minutes from the beach. No issues.

Nice property with a lot of nature and shade. The pool was crystal clear with a very fun waterfall to play in. Very close walk to many restaurants and the beach.

Vertu good stay, Kitchen well equipped and staff promptly responded to our request. Communication was easy, and excellent location, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Let’s start with the positives. The property is located in a good location close to the beach, has nice pool area, accessible parking, and decent kitchen to make morning basics. Additionally the communication between the “host” and I was good. Checking in was also fairly seamless. Unfortunately my stay (which was scheduled for 10 nights) was very disappointing. I made sure to document (pictures) and keep the messages between host and I to reference and add validity to this review. I arrived very late and did a walk-through first thing in the morning after waking up. Almost immediately the disappointment and concern set it but tried to remain positive. From a lose bathroom mirror feeling like it was not securely mounted to the wall, to an overall outdated (truly not renovated) property. Unfortunately, after about six days of being there, I still had not received any fresh linen, no fresh towels. If it was something that needed to be requested, it should be clearly advertised. The cable and Wi-Fi were terrible and I had to sit outside to conduct work on my laptop or phone, which offered no privacy. Most notably was the condition of the carpet and floor which were dirty and sticky in many areas, and the multilevel bathroom where I tripped several times making it a bit of a hazard. The pictures online certainly don’t reflect what you walk into. Lastly, I will say that several individuals from property management have reached out to me after my stay and offered apologies.

Great location, easy to walk to the beach & restaurants, had exactly what we needed for the stay. Would definitely come back!

The kitchen was adequate and supplies for cooking, except if you wanted to use the oven there was no way to bake things, which was not a game changer. The parking was seamless. We always had a spot available.

My stay here was great. It was easy and simple to check in, very clean and neat. It's convenient to the beach, restaurants and stores. Nice warm pool as well. I will for sure be coming back soon

The room was nice. The staff was very helpful. The grounds were well kept
