冷房が強くて風邪を引きました。

初めて利用しました。暑かったので明洞まで歩くか悩む距離でしたが冬なら問題ないかもです。土日だったためホテル近くのお店はほぼ空いていませんでした。部屋はシンプルですが、タオルもトイレットペーパーもおいてあり、ウォーターサーバーもあるので気軽に使えました。フロントに人はいないけど不便はなかったです。両サイドの部屋は人がいるとシャワーの音まで聞こえました。うるさくはないけど、おもしろいなーと思いました。悪くないですがもう泊まることはないと思います。

The pictures were misleading. The toilet in our bathroom was non functional, we asked for another room with a working toilet and they could not accommodate us. I asked to be compensated or discounted rate considering we didn't have a working toilet and they never responded. The bathroom also had mold and mildew spots everywhere. The shower is not separate from the toilet, so the bathroom floor and walls stayed wet the entire 2 night stay. When we arrived the bathroom was already wet, I figured from having been cleaned but it never dried even after being out touring all day. They also only provide have sized towels and you need to take them to a different floor to be laundered when you check out. This is advertised as a 3 star hotel. There was no hand soap. Overall I feel mislead and the stay negatively impacted my vacation. I regret booking here and will not recommend to anyone.

1.民宿樓下是GS25，晚上想要買東西很方便。 2.距離明洞鬧區有點距離約8-10分鐘路程，比較靠近忠武路站。 3.樓層走道很明亮，4樓有提供飲水機可使用。 4.寄放行李區位置非常小，如果是人數多或者已經有其他人放置行李可能會阻擋走動路線。 5.晚上平均會發生2.3次電燈全部自動被關閉的情況，重新開燈又正常，但是在洗澡時發生過有點不便，睡覺時有開著一盞燈，對於淺眠的人會因為都被關閉突然驚醒。 6.一開始預訂前看到簡介標示24小時櫃檯服務才選擇的，以為櫃檯24小時都有人員在，且也沒有標示需要機器自行辦理入住，入住前一段時間因為要確認預定結果有聯繫民宿並且說明預計幾點抵達，但因為入境排2.5小時導致抵達時已超過6點，到現場時櫃檯無人員在，有發現櫃檯旁邊有一台機器，但因為事前聯繫民宿時並沒有告知會需要自己辦理入住，且也沒有拿到密碼，所以沒有聯想到，等了一陣子後同行人看到機器螢幕上面顯示我們的預訂者英文名字，才發現原來要機器辦理入住，且密碼就直接顯示在螢幕上，可直接拿取房卡，可能會發生別人誤按取走自己房間房卡的問題；之前看到其他住宿要是非24小時櫃檯都會標記幾點到幾點有人員在，對於這件事有點困擾。 後來有一天出房門時看到幾個女生不知所措在走廊徘徊開口詢問我們，得知他們也不知道怎麼辦理入住，有協助告知如何取得房卡。
