I like the fact that there's a kitchen, and extra rooms for family. The apartment hotel is getting dated. You can hear road noise at night. We had to call and have the sink in the bathroom unclogged. Staff was helpful and friendly. When arriving or leaving the Philippines take a grab, which is like calling for an Uber but a lot cheaper. The hotel shuttle cost twice what a grab costs. There's a little Cafe on the second floor. The food is good and reasonable.

Solo stay

This property has regressed to a 2 star hotel. They don't even provide a bottle of water. I've stayed there many times in the past, but their new policies and can't do attitude has pushed me away. I canceled my intended next two stays.

Ac broke two nights but they fix----room next door party for 3 days and nights non stop very load music ---called front desk at 1:30 in morning ---no result more loud music---no sign to get room service had to ask every day for clean room ----i go there for past 14 years this was the worst ---thank for security people that there many years remember me ---front desk people always new ---guess they not want dedicated employees

Checkin, as posted, is 3 pm. I arived aroumd 2:40 and it was almost 4 PM before I was taken to my room. The experience was so bad that I cancelled my followup 2 day reservation and went to a nearby hotel.
