Air condition not work properly. Too pricey for the quality of the room.

Decent hotel, close to west gate entrance, no free breakfast, not many amenities, staff is good,

The room was very clean and nice. It was easy to find, staff were very considerate.

Perfectly located. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and listening to the wolf's howling at night from the grizzly and wolf park across the street.

Housekeeping did not close door and was unreliable they only emptied the trash did not make the bed or provide clean towels.

Our stay was decent overall, but the check-in process was frustrating. We arrived in the late morning and were told that although our room was already ready, there would be a $100 early check-in fee if we wanted to access it. Otherwise, we could check in for free at the standard 4:00 p.m. time. I've never encountered a hotel that charges guests to enter a room that's already available. We left for a while and returned around 2:00 p.m. This time, the early check-in fee had dropped to $50. After explaining that we needed to leave again to meet family and simply needed a place to store our luggage, they finally agreed to let us put our bags in the room. Apparently, the room was ready for our luggage—but not for us. While we were waiting, several other guests arrived and were given the same options. Some paid the early check-in fee, while others declined. Every day before 4:00 p.m. that I walked through the lobby, I overheard similar back-and-forth arguments between guests and the front desk over these fees. The stay itself was fine, but the hotel's early check-in policy created unnecessary frustration and left a poor first impression.

The housekeeping did not do a very good job, sink was still dirty, never cleaned the bath up, second day, they did not clean at all, no breakfast eventhough the website said had breakfast, and free smores only for the cabin guest which was sad. Not enough lights in the indoor swimming pool, and pool was super cold. Parking was hard to find.
