Family of 4, stopover for a night before enter Thailand. Parking is safe and convenient, room are small but provide the basic necessities. Alor setar is abit boring, so don’t expect a lot from this town.

Convenient, clean and spacious room. The only thing that is somewhat strange is the bathroom and toilet sliding door. Both bathroom and toilet are separated side by side but they share the sliding door. This means when one is using the bathroom, no one could use the toilet as the door is on the other side.

Solo stay

Room is nice room. Service is slow to check in. Waited for more than 1 hour. We was informed that they haven’t received the confirmation ID. Even though we hand provided the booking confirmation number. We have to contact Hotels.com hotline twice before they allow us to check in. The cigarette smell is very strong. Help needed to get rid the cigarettes smell eg install air freshener etc.
