Very convenient spot for tourists to walk around. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly. A nice hotel to stay!

Everything was good in the hotel besides the beds. Gave back problems after sleeping. Using the laundry was not too bad but be careful of how many clothes you put in or it will not be fully dry. The public bath is nice and the cleaning service was great.

Hotel rooms were good size and had good selection of amenities. Only complaint really was laundry was always full during our 4 night stay so did laundry at 2am. Room did have a clothes line and dehumidifiers which helped for handwashing items. Room came with drink tokens each night if you want a glass of wine. Hotel had luggage shipping and delivery that was very easy and it was well located to shopping and transport

A very nice hotel, no complaints. They won't let you check in before 1.30, even if your room is ready. I got there at 1.15, they literally made me wait 15 mins so I could check in at 1.30 pm. A bit odd, but very nice hotel.

The property was in the middle of the shopping area. It was very convenient and made walking to most destinations.

The room was great and very comfortable beds and shower. Amenities were cool. HUGE shoutout to the front desk staff as they were super helpful in finding and get us in at a nearby clinic because my wife fell outside and needed to be sutured. Just be prepared for the room to be small

Great location once you're there! Our taxi driver didn't understand that the entrance is on a very narrow street rather than on the main street so we ended up walking back a block. Similarly, when we left the staff said it was easiest just to hail a taxi back on the main street rather than having them call one. Not a big deal, but be ready. Nice free welcome drink. They also had a collection of vinyl and turntables that we could play and listen to over blue tooth in the bar area ... neat idea. Staff was pleasant but their English was hit or miss if that matters to you. Rooms were clean and quiet ... and also quite small. We had to take turns opening suitcases on the bed because there isn't room to open it anywhere else in the room. Still, if you want a clean and quiet place to sleep and will be out and about, this is a good choice.

Very clean hotel, English speaking front desk staff, and a free drink for every night you stay is great and with the ability to walk to and from most tourist attractions or even to the subway makes it one of the best spots in the city
