Everything in the room worked. The room was a good size, clean and had a fridge and a safe. The bed was comfortable. The room's AC worked but was limited to only a 3 degree drop in temperature. Cleaning of the room was only done every three days. The area was nice and close to U Bahn and an easy walk to the city centre.

Everything worked except: 1- Upon arrival we were informed that there is no daily cleaning service. Only once every 3 days. This was never mentioned on the site. 2- We never got the toilet paper we requested and when we complained about it at check-out, the girl told us: “The guy that was in charge of the reception las night is new”. Other than that, great location and nice property.

The room was comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated the kitchenette. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and helpful with our needs! We’ll definitely stay with this hotel again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Well appointed room, stylish design and spotlessly clean! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and the Nespresso machine was great in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel. There is a nice sized gym and a large comfortable lounge to relax in.
