Yes very clean room, outstanding location, great restaurant but no cooling in the room, had to open the windows which made it very noisy

This place is a joke. They think used hotel slippers are Loro Piana. They charge you for every little thing like extra towels and room slippers (used) if you dont return them.

Check in service staff was terrible.Checked in after 6 hours from due check in time,but front desk placed in King Bed room instead of 2 twin beds,claiming none is available.However declined to stay and then front desk staff placed us in 2 twin beds?
