Writing the review with the understanding this is a budget motel. It had a good customer rating so I thought I'd try it. Location is in a fairly run-down area right off the interstate exit. Lobby is very small, front desk window is thick plexiglass with a tiny hole to stick your card under, like a sketchy convenience store. Doesn't give a great first impression. Room had a damp smell but had been updated recently. The sheets were clean, however there was hair present in the shower and dirt/dust along the base boards. Everything functioned fine, shower water pressure was good. Multiple people hanging out drinking beer and smoking outside the rooms, appeared to be long-term construction workers? I was on first floor, ceiling was very thin, could hear footsteps all night. Lots of sirens and traffic noise. They list they serve a light breakfast; the breakfast area is about the size of a closet with just a few items. I would plan on bringing your own food. Overall was doable as a solo traveler on a work trip trying to keep things cheap, but I would not stay here with my family.

Everything one needs and clean.

I had a confirmed reservation with a confirmation number and email, but was initially told I didn’t have one. After being assigned multiple rooms, including one that was already occupied, I finally received a room that worked. The staff was friendly, but communication seemed lacking. The room was okay, but the bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were spider webs and cracks on the ceiling. Overall, a frustrating experience despite the nice staff.

The room smelled weird but was clean, but that was the only thing. The property reeked. I didn’t see any breakfast, bust coffee and juice. The neighborhood isn’t the best, either.

Pros: Rooms seemed to be recently renovated. Quick check-in. Cons: The room and bathroom were tiny without a closet. No breakfast was provided, and if there was a breakfast, there wasn’t a lobby to eat it in since the lobby had only two tables. The lobby was also a bit dirty. Behind the property was sketchy. Could easily hear the neighbors upstairs. Would stay again for one quick night.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a quiet night. We would stay here again.

The property was clean as well as the room. Not a lot of furniture. The room I stayed in had two Queen beds, a small table, Desk and Chair that incorporated a small Refrigerator and Microwave that allowed a Large Screen TV to sit on top. That's was it. All the lights were built into the ceiling with the exception a massive led lit Mirror behind the sink. No closet space to hang clothes or luggage stand. Parking was right at the door unless you were on the second floor and not sure of an elevator. At check in, I had to wait a few minutes, after pressing the button, for someone to come to the window. Had that not worked, there was a phone number listed to call. I had booked the stay online and paid with my credit card. I still had to pay a $75.00 charge/deposit for my stay. I was told the deposit would go back on my card once I checked out and there was no damage done in the room. I didn't like having to ask for a receipt for my deposit and when I checked out.
