Holiday Inn is very nice for a 4 star hotel. Our room was really nice and clean with a good quality bed and soft pillows. The breakfast was nice and varied. I wish the breakfast could have been extended to 11.00am rather than 10.30am. I would say that if I was in a wheelchair, it would be difficult to get into the hotel because there is no ramp for the wheelchair from the road. Otherwise a lovely hotel.

Had a few issues with payment as I paid way more than what I originally booked for. Spoke with Expedia and they said to talk to front desk about the over charged. That took some time however, one gentleman Ricardo finally saw that there was a mistake after days and refunded me the difference, which still didn’t add up but went the loses. Loved the breakfast and the choices, only issues sometimes there was no bake beans so had to wait a long time to get some. Especially having a 10months baby that’s all she eat so the waiting got a bit frustrated at times but overall was good. Beautiful suite and space was sufficient, room and bed was comfy and nice. One side of the Cot was broken as well, a few times it collapse when baby held onto it. But it was very comfortable for baby. However, the floor in the room could be wipe with warm water because when the baby was crawling on it, it was dirty. But you couldn’t tell because it wasn’t seen. But I must say it was beautiful. I paid for the birthday package €28 and was disappointed with the lack of decor/treats for the price. Last thing was hard forgetting my bottle warmer and not having a microwave or something to warm baby milk but apart from that I had no issues and would definitely visit again. The outdoor was very nice and clean.

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. And the pools were very good.

Short, 4 day solo break. Far exceeded my expectations - rooms, very large, all areas very clean, no outside noise. Breakfast was really good and included. Nice 'Quiet' pool and gardens along with main pool. Staff very professional, restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced. Bar staff were really good. Were a few large groups of older males 35+ enjoying themselves, but they went to the 'Old Town' late evening so no problem - was World Cup/wedding season so no issues. Seems to also have 'Coach Tours' some nights. I would not hesitate to return.

Our stay was absolutely perfect , location was a lovely walk to old town , the hotel was spotless , ambience was lovely and staff exceptional. Highly recommended to anyone visiting albuferia .

Had a warm welcome from moncef at reception upon landing and checking into the hotel and have been upgraded to a suite by Ikram given some problems I had with my room. Thanks to both and the rest of the team for making my stay all the more convenient and enjoyable. Some of the facilities like the racket sport and gym were not available at the time of my stay. The hotel could do with some variety to the buffet breakfast as I’d got tired of having the same thing every morning. Otherwise well maintained clean rooms / suites, nice indoor swimming pool and spacious green garden to lounge at. Above all thanks to the really helpful staff!
