We stayed here from Sunday to Monday whole 8 days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. We initially experienced some noise from a neighboring room, and although the staff couldn’t identify the source, they immediately moved us to another room without hesitation. We were in town for a large family event, and many of our guests stayed at the hotel as well. The staff was attentive, helpful, and always available whenever anyone needed assistance. Their hospitality truly stood out throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the food was amazing. On our last day, there was an unexpected issue with the water service. While situations like that can happen and were beyond the staff’s control, they handled it professionally by offering solutions and refunding our room for the night. Overall, we had a great stay and were impressed by the exceptional customer service, cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism of the entire team. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was excellent; I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, and the courtesy shuttle service to/from the airport and the bus station in Silao.
