I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel has a 4-star rating. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The entire property felt dirty and poorly maintained. There were fingerprints and marks everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was far below what anyone should expect from a hotel claiming to be 4-star. To make matters worse, the bathrooms on the first floor were absolutely disgusting, with urine all over the floor. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. When I arrived before my room was ready, I politely asked the receptionist where I could change clothes. His response was simply, “Go to the bathroom.” Considering the filthy state of the bathrooms, that was both insulting and unacceptable. The lack of basic amenities was unbelievable. When I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste at night, I was told to call back in the morning. How exactly am I supposed to brush my teeth that night? What kind of 4-star hotel cannot provide such basic necessities to its guests? To top it all off, the toilet paper in our room had already been partially used when we checked in. It was clearly not a new roll, which raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and attention to detail. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality. The poor cleanliness, terrible customer service, and lack of basic guest amenities made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never return

Staff was wonderful, room was clean and came with balcony per booking. Check-in was not on time (after 3pm) which was a bummer after a long flight...they did store our bags for us so we could go but, it would have been nice to shower and clean up. Great location for people looking to shop at the expensive boutique but, 30-40 min walk to most locations (Concord was a close 15).

Wifi was big problem and non of our guests could connect we were on a business trip so this was a challenge. No room service or vending machines/snacks so if hungry you only have the breakfast option. Location fantastic as in walking distance from everything we needed. Staff 10/10 very friendly and helpful but hotel very basic with add ons

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We got a free upgrade which made the stay extra special. It was also in a great location.

I don’t like at all

Pos : Amazing view (room 714), excellent staff, large room, king bed, Neg : only 2 coffee pods supplied, lack of draws for clothes, Tv remote activates both old TVs. Sumerise: great staff, large room with views of the Eiffel Tower.
