All very good, room was comfortable and clean. Decent location a few minutes from a metro stop and some cafes restaurants and bars. Smooth check in and out Would recommend

Cool vibe throughout. Neighborhood was about 20-30 minute walk from the Vieux Porte and major tourist attractions. Neighborhood had some great local restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

All staff really went out of their way to help us to plan our stay in Marseille. Great food and we were not made to feel at all rushed, even though we did not check in until 10pm+

Comfortable rooms with access to the great hotel restaurant at all hours. Best meal we had in Marseille was a dinner at the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Fun and vibrant decor. Short walk to Old Port and most of Marseille. Staff very friendly and able to help us in English. We highly recommend Mama Shelter!
