Clean room. Bathroom door made loud noise when closing. Sink spout too close to back edge of sink causing water to run all over the counter.

Convenient location for me when I need a place to say for work. The staff is wonderful and kind. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable.

Clean rooms and parking availability!

The room we stayed in should be condemned. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. I suspected it wasn’t going to be great when I saw rodent traps in the regular carpeted stairwell. There were stains all over our floor that I slept with my shoes on. The bathroom door had been put back on hinges wrong and wouldn’t shut. The room was 77 degrees and despite the air conditioner being set at its lowest temp of 66 degrees the unit powered off and on all night never reaching a comfortable temp to sleep in. If that didn’t stop us from sleeping the beeping smoke detector with bright almost strobe lights flashing throughout the night did. The beds were sagging and terrible. The outlets were loose and couldn’t hold a cord. You have to turn on a “main supply” switch in order to start power to your room at all. The linens had stains on them. We left first thing in the morning grossed out and went home and washed our clothes in hot sanitary r cycle. Paying nearly $300 for this dump should be illegal. Will never stay in Holiday Inn again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was fresh, full of variety and ample. The parking lot felt relatively safe as I had to return late a couple of the nights I was there.
