The one staff member we meet was nice and pleasant. The room was poorly maintained, bedding was marked and carpet and walls dirty

The apartment was a great price. Bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom shower and toilet etc were great but floor had hair from a dark person, we are grey. Found the aircon blowing on bed annoying but Minor problem

Exactly as pictured. First time here and we absolutely loved it! Had no issues with check-in, the girl there was lovely. Rooms were clean and set up nicely, very cosy. Heat pump was automatic and we walked into a nice warm space and it automatically turned on in the morning also. Parking is limited but we managed to find one along the back. Roads weren't busy so it wasn't too loud but siren sounds could definitely be heard. We will definitely come back, very satisfied

The room smelt like cigarettes. We didnt get the room we had booked and got told we had an "upgrade". The neighbours are druggies and they were very noisy and high.
