Lots happening in surrounding streets but also music loud late into the night that may bother some. Room was clean enough but nothing flash, bed was very comfortable

Private rooms are a great value, staff is extremely friendly, and breakfast was decent. Only note that when looking for the most cost effective tours or transport this hotel will try to persuade you to use their more expensive methods. Asked about the 50k dong bus to the airport and was told they didn't know anything and to use their $10 car, the bus was a 5 minute walk away and so easy.
