Wally was an amazing and accommodating host! He helped us coordinate transportation to various areas, gave great recommendations for activities, food, and places to visit. My husband left his wedding band and he secured it until our return. Our children were always greeted so nicely, and they loved the pool. Very conveniently located!

Booked room with free breakfast but the staff requested to pay for breakfast when we sit down without checking. Please write down your booking information so you are not double charged. I requested the staff to check so they did not charge me. There is no lift to room so my 14 years old boy needs to carry 20kg luggage using stairs to level 2. There was no coffee provided in room. Other than those annoying issues, it is all good.

Tout était parfait . Wally celui qui s’ocuppe de la réception est fantastique, on a utiliser les vélos de l’hôtel pour aller à la plage . Bien située dans le centre. Le déjeuner est copieux et parfait ! Chambre propre et piscine agréable ! 10/10 je recommande

Location great for walking into Hoi An but quiet. Breakfast was lovely, good choice and freshly cooked every morning, much better than buffet style. Wally couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, full of local knowledge and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very enjoyable stay.

Great property in an unbelievable location. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order, a stark contrast to some poor hotel buffets in Vietnam. The management are very friendly and the pool is great and peaceful. I am generally a relatively critical reviewer but I struggle to find things wrong with this hotel, especially for the price.
