Fantastic stay at the Upper House. Vanessa, the guest experience manager, was helpful and really made my experience that much better. Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean , good facilities , but staff is not helpful , did not bring us welcome drink as promised . Lacking Hotel security measure such as key fob ( card ) wasn’t needed when going up to the room floors .

The hotel and the room were amazing. Absolutely loved it. Clean and comfortable and perfect in every way. Everyone was help and friendly. Underground mall right next door. The hotel restaurant was terrific.
