Great location, just across the road from the train station. The staff were excellent, we accidentally booked a smoking room for our stay but they went out of their way to give us a non smoking room after the first night so we were very happy!

This hotel is very well located by the station. The building is quite dated and the floors are sprawling, meaning our room was quite a walk from the elevator. The room was fine but everything is just a bit tired.

Very convenient location.

Noisy room, walls need painting, no smart tv, convenient location to train station.

It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, it's on the 5th floor, we went in through a shopping mall. The staff were extremely helpful when I wanted guidance on a train journey.

The hotel in an old building which I think doesn’t get renovated yet. However it is a proper business hotel with clean room, good staff and great location.

Great location in Okayama, right near the station and across from a great area for bars and restaurants. Was tricky to find initially from the station, but once you know the route its easy to go back and forth. Staff were very friendly and polite helping with holding bags before check in, amenities and changing money for the laundry. Room was typical Japan size so not much space to move around, but was only used for sleeping and resting as so much to explore in the city. Laundry was easy to use and there's an app on the TV that shows if the wash cycle is finished so you dont need to remember the timing yourself which is useful.

Big room, excellent breakfast.
