Buscaría una habitación que esté hacia arriba. En la nuestra se sentía mucho la humedad. El resto muy bien. Destacó la atención del personal del lobby que fue impecable.

Absolutely fantastic accommodations. Traveling with my daughter. We booked a room with a view and the were unbelievably helpful to upgrade us to a cave room. We enjoyed the pool and the rooftop bar! The morning breakfast that was included was amazing. Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable and location convenient to everything. Would highly recommend.

Cave set up and pool were amazing. Disappointed upstairs balconies closed due to renovations, where never told when booked. There where no kitchen facilities on site need to walk some distance for breakfast or dinner. Internet was not very good and did not play the soccer World Cup match

Solo stay

You must stay here! When you are traveling, your hotel should feel inviting, safe and welcome. Carus staff does all of that. Special thanks to Gul in the restaurant and the nice woman who checked me in on Sunday June 28. My room was wonderful. Get the room with the French balcony. It is a huge room with lots of amenities. A fridge with cold water. Coffee and tea. Blackout drapes. An indoor pool. Great restaurant there - Haruna. I ate there every meal. Breakfast is a feast s as d all fresh food. You can get eggs cooked to order. All around great visit!! I plan to return and tell my friends to stay here.

This unique experience was a good value. The rooftop bar had an ıncredıble view. The breakfast was the best of our trip. Our only issue was that our room was a little dark. The bellman carrying our luggage was really important for us.

Carus Cappadocia hotel is better than I expected: the robes and slippers are all good quality! We had the bigger room with stone tub in the cave. Love it! Although the tub leaks water, it was a little difficult in the first night because it flooded the toilet area. The second day we asked move towels to stop the water flooding the toilet area. There was no problem for they to provide. Provided plenty of drinking water! Air conditioning worked perfectly! The location is great too. Very helpful to reserve hot air balloon ride. Breakfast is very good and on rooftop! The restaurant food is great!

Where do I begin…it is situated in great location. Staff most importantly was very warm and welcoming. I arrived early and they had my room ready within hour as I arrived before check in. Breakfast has so many options and all fresh. They were quick to address ac issue. The only thing, which wasn’t a big deal, there was no TV in my room. There was a remote control but no tv. I am a solo traveler and am use to background noise but I made it work. They even made me a fresh warm egg sandwich to go as I was leaving to airport before breakfast hours. Exceptional.
