The property is not responsible for transfer delays or cancellations due to weather, sea, or tide conditions. Transfers to the resort are arranged solely by the property. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival. Guests may choose either a seaplane transfer from Male International Airport to the property (45-minute flight; flights are not operational after 3:15 PM Male time); or, a domestic flight and speedboat transfer from Male International Airport to the property (30-minute flight to Dharavandhoo domestic airport and then a 40-minute speedboat ride). All transfers are subject to availability. Transfer duration is approximate and may change depending on weather conditions, tides, and rough seas. To receive seaplane transfers, international flights must land in Male by 3:15 PM (Male time) and depart at 9:25 AM or later (Male time). Guests can expect a wait time of up to 3 hours for seaplane transfers. Guests are accommodated at the Adaaran Lounge while they wait. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person main Luggage and 5 kg/person Hand Luggage may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. In some cases, luggage may not be transported on the same seaplane flight as the passengers; luggage may be sent on a later flight or via speedboat. Please note, transfers are conducted by a third-party supplier and the resort is not liable for loss or damages of any item.
