The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, and the restaurant on the 9th floor was excellent. The food, service, and overall experience were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
PS: My friend accidentally left some jewelry behind and contacted the front desk after we had already checked out. The staff immediately conducted a thorough search, followed up with us about an hour later, and let us know they had not yet located the items but were continuing to look and had notified the housekeeping manager. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly appreciated. Even though the jewelry had not been found at that point, their level of care and communication spoke volumes about their commitment to guest service. Thank you to the team for their efforts. ✨
