Absolutely loved our stay here in March hotel is great & staff are amazing, so friendly & helpful. Guys on reception were very welcoming when we checked in & our swim up room is huge, love it so much space although water is freezing. Bed is massive & really comfy & grounds are immaculate. Ramadan our room man keeps everything spotless. Food is excellent at all the restaurants & waiters very friendly & attentive. Essam does the best eggs & bacon for breakfast. Loved drinking at the bars & the guys have been great & had really good laugh. Special mention for Shady, Michael & Mohamed Aymeh. Would highly recommend hotel & plan to return.

This is a good hotel which, now being 20 years old, is showing a few signs of its age. Only small things, but certainly some of the upkeep falls short of a 5*experience. The staff work hard to make you feel welcome and assist wherever possible. Pool staff are efficient and always happy to speak with you. Plenty of poolside sunbeds, all with good mattresses. Pool towels changed daily, although the water in the unheated pools was freezing (in January). Beach was ok; gritty sand. Poor quality sunbeds and mats; definitely not 5* in this area. Small bay that is only waist deep at best, so not much scope for swimming, but safe for small children. Food on the whole was good, but a bit repetitive, as often the case with mass all inclusive catering. Breakfast very lacking unless you just want eggs and pastries. Limited lunch options and a very limited choice of what to eat at the pool and beach restaurants. Asian and Indian a la carte were excellent, in terms of voice and taste. Good quality evidently can be achieved if they want to. American Diner was ok too, but did not try the pay extra seafood restaurant. All inclusive drinks are all local and, to be frank, really not very good. Distinctly odd tasting and well below usual strength. Room was huge, bed rather lumpy, bathroom a bit dark but all acceptable (again, the finish, detailing etc were not to 5* standards. Overall a good stay, but closer to a 3* than 5*. Grounds/gardens were beautiful and well kept

I liked everything, service, food, entertainment. The only thing that they lacked was a biger warm pool. The warm pool they had it was more kids pool.

Much more then we have expected. We had the best holiday ever .Great place to stay , food choices are incredible, swimming pools are great.Everything was just perfect !

Staff were ignorant. Think it’s because we only stayed 1 night. Disappointed.

Amazing stay and facilities were great, and the staff were so friendly especially with the kids.

Great sized rooms. Well kept grounds. Swimming pools were fantastic. Food was just ok, got a bit tired of it after a few days.

First, I will say that this is a trip that I had planned for my son's 10th birthday. Upon checking in, it didn't feel welcoming as I was not greeted by the front desk clerk. The rooms were okay and the upkeep of the outside of the property was well-maintained; however, the food selection, food taste, food variety, and drinks were all very poor. I paid for all inclusive and I had to find food outside the property to be satisfied. At breakfast one morning, I asked for orange juice, and I was brought an orange drink. I was told that I had to pay if I wanted fresh orange juice. I even tried to order room service, because it seemed as if you pay for the food, the food would be better, but ordering room service was very frustrating because the person taking my order could not even understand me. This entire stay was very frustrating. Every restaurant that they had was a total disappointment, literally. Even for my son's birthday, reception called me a day prior because they knew I was disappointed. They informed me that they would provide a complimentary birthday cake for my son's birthday, and when I called requesting it the day of, that became another issuer, so we went off property to eat and celebrate. If you want a peaceful place to go that has horrible food and drinks with limited activities, then this is the place for you. Other than that, I would not recommend. Someone in management should be giving me some form of refund, seriously!

Very good hotel lovely staff and grounds
