Very clean, easy check in/out. About 30ish min from Red light district. Stayed in a pod. Definitely go for the bottom one. Not amazingly comfortable... But not terrible either. Air conditioned it's more like a semi-cold tube of air Biggest complaint. Definitely NOTTTT soundproof. You hear everything... But I head ear plugs so it wasn't bad.

This is a great place for young people to hang out and meet people. The food and drinks are a little pricey but there are grocery stores close by. The 6 person bunk room was very small with 1 shower and 1 toilet per room.

First time in my many travels I left a hotel, but never expected so many issues during check in. Knowing I would be tired after travel I did online check in, but didn't help at all. When I arrived there was on person at reception with 3 in queue. They have check in machines in the lobby, but both I tried kept freezing at loading reservation. So I queued up like the rest, and took 6 minutes to check in with her. Nice they have an elevator which was worth the wait, but after getting to my room the key just did red over and over. That happens sometimes just sucks when you just arrived and your first time. Again waited 5 minutes for the elevator then back to reception with the same 1 person with 3 in queue. About 10 minutes later she gives me a new key, and back to the elevator queue then back up. By this time even holding the hallway doprs while I drag my luggage was starting to be a challenge. Super excited I got into the room so I could shower and sleep. But to my surprise they ga e me a bed and locker that someone else was using. Yet again down hallway, elevator, and reception queue with the people. Her colleague came back so this time she joined me. While in the elevator together she noticed she hit 2 I also saw it yet we both went to 3 where a group was waiting. When we both got to the room the girl in my bed was not there so I stops there about 10 minutes as she talked to a guy about locking them out until the girl comes back forcing her to reception. Felt so uncomfortale.

The room and the property in general were of a high standard as hostels go. It's also in a beautiful setting, adjoining a very nice park with a pond. Staff were friendly and eager to please...., but weren't always able to, given the commercial set-up of the place. It was a bit like when you book a budget airline to save money, and then the add-on charges for luggage, etc, end up deleting any price advantage you'd hoped for. I was early at check-in, arriving at 11:00am, due to the timing of my transport to Amsterdam, and the eager staff member said that my room wasn't ready, but to come back and see her in an hour, but when I returned, she referred me to another staff member who said the room still wasn't ready but she informed housekeeping who said they would prioritise it...., but when I checked in another hour, nothing had changed, so I ended up waiting until the standard 2:00pm, anyway. They were happy to store my luggage, of course...., for EUR3.50 per hour, and they were able to provide a towel for my stay for EUR 7.00 . Basically, everything, including food and indeed the price of the room, were mid-range hotel prices...., but it's a hostel. Otherwise, all things considered, it was comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Staff helpful and food/drink very good !

We had an issue with noisy guests playing knock door run along halls. We were quickly moved to a new room - excellent value

El desayuno una porquería. Pagué 12Euros por comer pan con mantequilla sin nada.

Great hotel and nice staff

Everything is perfect except the roommates. But staff isnt responsible if the roommates are noisy or lack awareness of other people

Expensive but has what you need, nice view if you get the better rooms not much negative I can other than not good tap water
