It was a good stay over-all, especially with cleam rooms and friendly staffs. Only minor problem was that the toilet paper wasn’t replenished even if it’s nearly finished. That was a little annoying. I also had to book another room to extend my stay and I was asked to check out and check in again as they said it was fully booked but the room I moved into was almost exactly the same as the one I vacated. ahad to wait few hours before the new room was ready which is not ideal.

Its located in a very convenient place assuming you have car to go place to place. Price is very reasonable compared to the facilities and rooms

Konsep Hotel tidak Jelas. Dari Lobby dan semuanya seperti Hotel untuk Executive Business. Tapi Kamar nya seperti Hotel SHORT TIME. Wifii super Lemot. Tidak bisa dipakai download email. Harus pake Tathering. Lampu Kuning remang remang - persis hotel short time. Meja dan Kursi di kamar - Tidak bisa dipake duduk untuk kerja , baik menulis maupun pakai Laptop. Ketinggian meja ukuran Aneh ( pendek), Kursi miring, tidak bisa bersandar , mending duduk dibangku tanpa sandaran. Tembok antar kamar dari Gypsum / Calsiboard - Suara tertangga terdengar , Suara air kamar mandi tetanggga juga terdengar. Mending dideclare hotel short time, Jadi jelas Konsepnya . Semoga tamu lebih banyak , dan hotel huniannya jadi ramai. TIDAK RECOMMENDED UNTUK EXECUTIVE PROFESSIONAL / BUSINESS.

The staffs were very courteous and professional. Can’t go wrong with the location. Not too far from Tunjungan Plaza and there were many street food vendors and intl food chain franchises nearby. Loved the restaurant! It offered delicious food and beverages with reasonable prices. Will go back.

Awesome, great building and interior. Staff so friendly and humble. Restaurant is great interior. Location is strategic, near Tunjungan plaza n City hall. Culinary around hotel : Mc. Donalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, TGC coffee, Hollywings, Zangrandi. View from room was great too. I've got view to Balai Pemuda, classic building

The way they handle the check in and payment - already paid to Expedia and yet they still charge us. We request for Double and end up with Twin - went to counter to verify - they request to see our Expedia Printout - and said OK will refund but didn't give u the VOID receipt and we have to ask. Went up to the floor and realise that one of the room was not activated to open the door and had to go down and ask again . Meaning to check into our rooms we have to go down twice to get it done right.

Highly recommended. Kampi is a Great hotel, comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly staff and management. Good breakfast. Location is also good, walking distance to big mall tunjungan plaza. I stayed in different hotels before in surabaya, Kampi hotel is by far way better. Again I can only recommend it
