Not a bad location , however not great . Not the normal 4 star quality. Staff really friendly with a lovely bar , but rooms and bedding need upgrading .

General stay was very positive and check in/out was very convenient and efficient. We found a clump of hair (that didn’t belong to us) on our bed when we got back late from a concert we flew to Amsterdam for, we thought it was too late to make a complaint as we were checking out the next morning. This gave us a bit of distrust with the general cleaning service, although the rest of the room’s cleanliness was okay. I have pictures should you wish to see.

Nicely presented hotel. The room had everything needed but a basic feel to it. Close to the tram line so it was easy to get to the city centre. Breakfast on the 17th floor was lovely- great views.

Through Expedia booking, the indication was the 17th floor restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It apparently is not available for lunch. One morning (12:30 am) we put out the breakfast in room order card. It was not picked up, so no breakfast delivery. The staff was apologetic for both issues.
