Hotel room was very small and didn’t have any good lighting for doing makeup or getting ready or anything like that. The bathroom light was on the bottom so was hard to find. It was also super busy with overwhelmed staff and the bar wasn’t open at all when it was supposed to. Staff didn’t explain why it was closed either. The pool was overcrowded and only took cash. I would not stay here ever again - but one positive was the location.

Great service ! We loved it

It was good location-wise.

Everything was “okay”, except the pool. Messy and without towels for hours. We had to take our bathroom towels

My husband and I had an awesome stay. The staff were so friendly.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. First, I would like to commend the front desk team for being courteous, welcoming, and highly professional. Whenever I needed clarification regarding my stay, including my request for an early check-in, the staff took the time to investigate before responding. I greatly appreciated this thoughtful approach. As an Expedia member, I also received benefits that exceeded my expectations, which contributed positively to my overall experience. In general, my stay was very comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent for the most part, providing consistently good service. I would, however, like to mention two issues that could be improved: 1. Lack of response prior to arrival - Before arriving at the hotel, I attempted to contact the property several times through Expedia's messaging platform but did not receive a response. Receiving a reply from the hotel would have helped me better plan my arrival from the airport, especially after nearly a full day of flights and connections. 2. Housekeeping supplies - On one occasion, housekeeping did not replenish the required number of towels or provide sufficient toilet paper. While this was a relatively minor issue, it can be more significant for guests staying several days who spend most of their time attending conferences or other activities away from the hotel and have limited opportunities to request additional supplies.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean and nice.

We had an amazing experience!

My stay was very good. The hotel was nice and clean. My only small negative is that the check-in time is pretty late. Really, check in should be no later than 3pm, but the check in at the hotel is 4pm. There were a lot of people waiting for rooms to be ready, and not many of them seemed to be ready much before 4pm.

The room and grounds overall were
