The location is fantastic approx 20mins walk to Old Town and various tourist spots. There are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and art shops as well as grocery stores. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, with great coffee & tea in the room with a small fridge/minibar(extra charge). A large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, lots of toiletries included. The breakfast is top quality with a hot selection made to order and a very fresh cold buffet. Michala on reception at check in was very helpful and gave us recommendations and useful tips to make our trip a pleasure.

There are 2 parts to the hotel. One with an elevator and the other just has stairs. The a/c was not turned but kept the windows open at night. So since it was May it was just fine. The staff was fabulous and the breakfast was fantastic! This hotel is located within walking distance of everything. Loved it, loved Prague!

Great location, spacious room, friendly staff. No A/C, but could easily open the windows and the property provided standing fans to help. Would stay again!

The air conditioning was not turned on even though it was 30 Celsius outside. When we asked about it we were told it hadn’t been turned on yet and it was up to the manager to decide if it was hot enough. Our room was on the third floor - heat rises - it was too hot to sleep. The hotel has one side where there is no elevator access. The hotel description says it has an elevator. We would not have booked here if we knew we had to use stairs. Our bathroom did not have a proper shower. It only has a tub with a hose sprayer that was knee height. So basically walk up 3 flights to a hot room with no air conditioning and then can’t even take a cold shower to cool down.
