The staff was excellent.Breakfast was amazing, so many different choices.The location was perfect at ten o'clock to the train station and right on the river with a shuttle to the Sathorn pier, Iconsiam and train.

We have stayed at the Riverside many times, but first time at The Chatrium and this was probably our favourite for this trip. Huge rooms with Kitchen facility and so much space! Breakfast was first class and so much variety, the pool was really well-maintained and overlooked the river, plus enough sunbeds for everyone and the sky bar sensational with 36" views of the river.. We left early on our last day and they gave us a fantastic bag full of breakfast items that we pre-selected, a really nice service. Can't afford the hotel and we would definitely return.

A memorable three night stay next to Bangkok’s iconic river. In a prime location, Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok provided great service and amenities right from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out. Stayed in a river view One Bedroom Skyline Suite with a King Bed which was incredibly spacious and had perfect views of the river. Highly recommended, thank you!

I travel extensively and have stayed in hotels all over the world, but this property stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The location is absolutely unbelievable perfectly situated and convenient to everything while still feeling relaxing and special. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional every area was spotless and meticulously maintained. The food exceeded all expectations. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. From the location to the cleanliness, the food, and the outstanding service, everything was first-class. This is easily one of the top hotels I have ever stayed at, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

This is a perfect choice for a riverside property in Bangkok. We used the boat shuttle with frequency to nearby ICONSIAM and enjoyed the hotel's buffet immensely. Our corner suite was endlessly entertaining to watch busy river "traffic", and the staff knew our names by the second day so we always felt appreciated.
